How does my data get into ACE?
Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file with your sales, inventory, and (optionally) budget data — ACE learns your column layout once. Prefer not to upload? With your sign-off, ACE can connect directly to your database so data flows in automatically.
Do I need to reformat my existing spreadsheets?
No. ACE has a one-time column mapping wizard. You tell it which column is which, and it remembers your structure forever. No reformatting needed.
How does the Autopilot plan work exactly?
You set a schedule (e.g. every Monday at 8am) and point ACE to your data file. The AI agent runs automatically, generates the report, and emails it to your chosen recipients — no action needed from you.
Is my business data secure?
Your data is processed locally and sent to Claude AI only to generate your report. We never sell or share it, and it is not used to train any AI models. We take data privacy seriously.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Just reach out and we'll move you between plans whenever your needs change — no long-term lock-in.
